World cartoonists’ blog was created on Thursday, July 03, 2008 and the first cartoon was posted, here, at 4:19 PM (GMT+05:30 India Standard Time)on the same day for the purpose of promoting art of cartooning worldwide and to give message of peace to human beings to live better on the earth which is not our private property.
