The Executive Committee of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) suspended the Russian national team from participating in the Winter Olympics in South Korea. Athletes who have proved that they did not use doping can compete under a neutral flag, and, if they win, they do not put an anthem. The meeting of the Executive Committee took place in Lausanne (Switzerland). The decision was made on the basis of the conclusions reached by the two commissions: Denis Oswald and Samuel Schmidt.
