Néstor Alonso Duarte Carassa (Callao, Provincia Constitucional del Callao, Perú, 8 de septiembre de 1990), es un futbolista peruano. Juega de defensa y su actual equipo es Universitario de Deportes de la Primera División del Perú. Actualmente tiene 20 años.
Ha sido internacional con la Selección de fútbol del Perú en la categoría sub-17 y sub-20. Participó en la Copa Mundial de Fútbol Sub-17 de 2007 realizada en Corea del Sur y en el Campeonato Sudamericano Sub-20 de 2009 en Venezuela.
El capitán de Universitario de Deportes Sub 20, Néstor Duarte, demostró su alegría al finalizar el encuentro ante Boca Juniors que le dio a los cremas el título de la primera Copa Libertadores Sub 20.
