Trujillo, on February 22, 1895 - Lima, August 2, 1979) was a thinker and political Peruvian. Founder and historical leader of the Popular Revolutionary American Alliance, who will manage to be the Party Aprista Peruano, the most long-lived and that of major organic consistency of the politics of Peru. It is recognized as one of the most important political ideologists of Latin America and key figure, together with Jose Carlos Mariátegui, for the formation of the political parties of masses in Peru.
