Chelo Allen was born in Heraklion cello and currently resides in fisque Menucos (Rock City), Black River, Patagonia Argentina, where he gives workshops comics, design and community communication. It's designer, muralist and comics. He studied BA in Communications and has participated as a speaker and presenter at various seminars, courses, national and international conferences specifically geared toward the theme of Communication, Culture and Identity
Currently publishes literary works, plastics and historietísticos in various books, magazines and newspapers across the country and abroad.
