Cartoonist and caricaturist since the beginning of the eighties, Bira started to work in the studios Ely Barbosa with the comic books of the Fumblers. Then he didn't stop more. He participated in the magazines Swamp, Old Stuff, Buttock and much more.
Bira collaborated in several newspapers as Picture of Brazil, News Sheet of the Afternoon (São Paulo), Daily of the People (Campinas), Pasquim 21 and syndical newspapers. He also illustrated several books for several publishers. Besides, we cannot forget that he has been selected for several national and international humor living rooms.
Bira lives in the city of Campinas-Brazil and works in the art school Pandora where he offers his great knowledge in political cartoon, cartoon and caricature. He still collaborates with several newspapers and magazines.
